This role will be based in Unite’s Birmingham office in the West Midlands Region
Apprenticeship
You will need to commit to completing a fully supported apprenticeship in Customer Services once you have completed your probation period. Training, support and coaching will be provided.
Salary
Grade 4 – £34,203.00 per annum full time
(Rising to £36,595.00 per annum full time after 12 months in post)
Hours
Full-Time, 34 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern
Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm
