What you’ll be doing…
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
- Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area
- Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately
- Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions
- Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks
What can you bring?
- A warm, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a customer service or front-of-house role
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Confidence in using IT systems, tills, or booking platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple queries
- A proactive mindset and willingness to support the team
