We are looking for a reliable, computer-savvy and highly motivated individual to join our team in a duel receptionist and administrative role. This role is a part-time position, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in an organised environment.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our business, you will manage the front of desk while providing essential administrative support. We are looking for a 'safe pair of hands who can -balance a friendly welcome with efficient behind-the-scenes task management.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and handling incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Managing email correspondence and digital filing
- Assisting with general administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling and document preparation)
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional
About You
Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pick up new software systems quickly.
Strong Work Ethic: You are punctual, proactive, and take initiative without needing constant supervision.
Highly Organised: You have keen eye for detail and can multitask effectively.
Excellent Communicator: You have a polite, helpful and professional telephone and face-to-face manner.
