The Role:
We are recruiting for a highly organised, physically active Bespoke Day Assistant. This unique, high-trust role focuses on premium lifestyle administration, home organisation, housekeeping, corporate support, client hospitality, pet support, and targeted local errands, buying back precious time for our corporate clients, busy professionals, and estate owners. While this role focuses on high-trust administrative errands, it is rooted in heavy, fast-paced domestic labour operating across both residential and corporate environments. Because this role requires active travel across York to source goods and manage keys, holding a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform home tidying, meticulous closet organisation, garment steaming, and premium laundry/linen management to high standards.
- Undertake premium kitchen organisation including deep appliance detailing, grocery sourcing, methodical pantry inventory, and stocking.
- Handle high-trust local errands including mail runs, dry-cleaning drop-offs, delivery keyholding and picking up hampers.
- Conduct routine property checks and provide light pet, plants and garden care while clients’ travel.
- Log all completed task lists, upload photo verifications of completed organisation projects, and maintain mandatory lone-worker safety check-ins inside the company’s app.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Driving & Transport: Hold a valid UK driving licence and own a reliable vehicle with Class 1 or 3 Business Use insurance coverage (or a willingness to add it immediately upon hire).
- Background Checks: Ability to pass a company-funded Basic DBS background check.
- Physical & Reliability: Be exceptionally reliable, punctual, and comfortable with fast-paced physical and domestic tasks.
- Core Competencies: Possess exceptional personal organisation, domestic efficiency, time management, and an innate understanding of high-end hospitality standards.
- Communication: Demonstrate outstanding communication skills paired with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Discretion: Absolute commitment to professional discretion, including a willingness to sign a binding Confidentiality, Keyholding, and Non-Solicitation Agreement.
