About us
My Vital Metrics offers a completely unique service, unmatched in the rest of the UK. We perform advanced fitness, body composition and physiological tests, providing this as a service to anyone who wants them. The equipment we use, and the test we perform would previously only have been accessible to professional sports people, in university labs. We firmly believe that everyone can benefit from the tests we do. It can inform a health and fitness plan for everyone from someone who has never exercised or paid attention to their diet who now just wants to lose weight and get healthy, to weekend warriors trying to shave off some time from their 10k. Even professional sportspeople from sports without the heavy financial backing that allows these tests often come in to get themselves tested.
