Office Manager – Renewables & Building Company

We are a growing Renewables and building company looking for an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative processes that keep our projects on track.
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment, supporting both the office and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Provide administrative support to the Directors, Project Managers, and site teams.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain project documentation and filing systems.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier accounts.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Assist with payroll administration and timesheets.
- Support health and safety administration, including maintaining training and compliance records.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist with tender documentation and project administration where required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator, ideally within the construction or building industry.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software such as Sage or Xero would be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- A professional, reliable, and positive approach.
