Paediatric Homecare Nurse – Relocate from UK to Ireland
Location: Multiple locations across Ireland
Contract: Full-time | 39 hours per week | 3-year fixed term
Salary: €38,258 – €47,335 (approx. £32,700 – £40,500) per year + enhanced shift rates
MMA Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Paediatric Nurses currently based in the UK for specialist homecare opportunities across Ireland.
This role involves providing 1:1 care to children with complex medical needs in their homes, schools and community settings.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' post-registration experience in a large acute/tertiary hospital (250+ beds).
- Minimum 1 year PICU or NICU experience providing 1:1 care to critically ill children/infants.
- Acute paediatric experience such as ED, HDU, medical or surgical paediatrics.
- Strong clinical competence and commitment to paediatric homecare.
- Willingness to relocate from the UK to Ireland.
Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, TPN, complex care or paediatric homecare is highly desirable.
Enhanced Pay
- Monday–Saturday nights: 1.25x
- Sunday days: 2x
- Sunday nights: 2.25x
- Bank holidays: up to 2.25x

Pay: £32,700.00-£40,495.00 per year
