We are a dessert ghost kitchen specialising in premium desserts and non-alcoholic cold drinks. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member to support both our front-of-house operations and kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide menus to customers and assist them with placing orders.
- Explain the menu, ordering process, and dessert options to first-time customers.
- Answer customer questions and make recommendations when required.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience from arrival to collection.
Order Collection & Delivery Support
- Prepare completed orders for collection.
- Deliver food and drinks safely to customers waiting in their vehicles.
- Hand orders to delivery drivers and verify order details before dispatch.
- Ensure all orders leave the kitchen complete, accurate, and presented to company standards.
Kitchen Support
- Label all food takeaway packaging accurately and clearly.
- Check orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
- Restock packaging, ingredients, toppings, drinks, and other supplies throughout shifts.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Keep workstations clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Health & Safety
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout front-of-house and kitchen areas.
- Ensure all packaging and stock are stored correctly.
- Report any issues relating to stock, equipment, or customer service to management.
Essential Requirements

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, dessert shops, takeaways, or restaurants.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge.
- Experience working with delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat.
