About the Role
We're looking for a Domestic Energy Inventory Clerk to join our growing Godalming team.
This is a full-time, employed position offering the opportunity to work independently while delivering a high standard of service across residential properties.
The role is primarily focused on completing property inventories, check-ins, check-outs and inspections, with approximately 99% of your workload consisting of inventory services. For candidates who already hold a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification, there will also be opportunities to complete Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) as part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out property inventories, check-ins, check-outs and inspections.
- Produce accurate, detailed and professional reports using company systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, landlords, letting agents and homeowners.
- Manage your daily schedule and travel between appointments.
- Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted within required timescales.
- Complete EPC assessments where qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using mobile devices and digital reporting systems.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
