Reports to Madeleine Cooper, Founder & CEO
At the centre of the business — closing the loop on client communications, keeping the sales pipeline moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Flourish is the AI marketing transformation partner for regulated sectors including FMCG, Medtech, Pharma and Financial Services. We help major global brands use AI to transform how marketing gets done — with the quality, rigour and strategic thinking regulated businesses need.
You’ll be Executive Assistant to our Founder, who leads Sales & Marketing directly. That puts you at the centre of the business: closing the loop on client communications, keeping the sales pipeline moving, and making sure all the Founder’s projects and opportunities stay on track. You’ll also work closely with our Head of Marketing on marketing operations and processes.
Key responsibilities
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Manage the Founder’s diary and book meetings with senior marketers at some of the world’s leading brands.
- Draft and finalise client-facing documents (proposals, follow-ups, decks) ensuring they are polished and on-brand.
- Review AI-drafted content with a sharp eye, catching anything generic or off-tone before it goes out.
- Keep the sales pipeline organised and on track, chasing next steps so deals keep moving.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing on campaigns, content, and marketing operations.
- Juggle shifting priorities without losing the thread — this is a fast-moving startup, not a fixed routine.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in an EA, PA, or sales/marketing coordination role –
- A strong writer – You can spot weak copy (including AI-generated copy) instantly and know how to fix it.
- Organised enough to run multiple workstreams at once – Without dropping any of them.
- Comfortable in a startup – Where priorities shift and you adjust without missing a beat. You need to grapple competing demands, prioritise, and create systems to drive efficiency.
- Bonus – Experience in a SaaS or sales-led environment, working with CRM/pipeline tools.
