```Duties:```
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in the early years age group.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualised attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support children's learning and development.
- Maintain a clean and organised classroom environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting would be and advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and early learning standards beneficial not not essential as full training will be given.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
