We are looking for a Chef Workplace Coach for a learning and development company, this role is to teach level 2 production chef apprenticeships to small groups of trainee chefs.
The role is a mix of home based work and also onsite teaching in different kitchens the company have. These are based in Bristol / Swindon / Kingston as well as a couple in London and Hampshire. You must be happy to travel as and when required for this role.
The Chef workplace coach will lead groups of between 30-40 online and then classroom / kitchen led practical sessions for 6-12 students. Previous training skills and experience would be beneficial but not essential as the company can train you up. If you are currently a Senior Chef wanting a better work / life balance this could be an ideal role as it is Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm with no evenings or weekends.
The ideal candidate must be confident and comfortable to train and teach students and must be outgoing and happy to conduct formal Chef training sessions and skills lessons.
