We're looking for a Delivery Agent to join our Anglian Water Alliance team based in Norwich.
Location: Norwich
Hours: 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Kier Infrastructure brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected. In this role you will be working on the Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) alliance on the Anglian Water Alliance. The team maintain the water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service customers. As a Delivery Agent, you will be taking ownership for the project management of allocated schemes from design through to completion and work closely with delivery resources to oversee the design of the scheme.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Delivery Agent, you'll be working within the Anglian Water Alliance team, supporting them in maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network. Your day to day will include:
- Working closely with engineers to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of schemes varying in complexity
- Managing the delivery of complex schemes and role modelling Kier's behaviours at all times
- Visiting sites to undertake joint surveys and ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
- Creating job packs and managing small construction teams throughout every stage of the delivery process
- Planning and overseeing temporary works installations, lifting operations, logistics orders and training of yourself and your reporting teams
What are we looking for?
This role of Delivery Agent is great for you if you have:
- Experience within a similar role within the utility sector
- EUSR Water Hygiene, NRSWA Supervisor, SSSTS or equivalent and Cat & Genny certification
- A full driving licence with B+E towing
- Previous experience of managing people
