Residential Conveyancer (Property Solicitor)

What you’ll be doing
- Managing residential sales, purchases, and remortgages from start to finish
- Investigating title issues, legal risks, and fraud checks
- Keeping clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors fully informed
- Managing completions and secure fund transfers
- Working closely with the post-completion team on registrations and file closures
- Handling stamp duty submissions
- Supporting junior team members when required
What we’re looking for
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX qualified
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE managing your own conveyancing caseload
- Experience across freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership
- Strong communication, organisation, and client-care skills
- A proactive and risk-aware approach
- Experience using Leap CRM is a bonus
