Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled <PERSON> to join our team specialising in gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outdoor work, with experience in using hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems. Responsibilities
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment to maintain and enhance outdoor landscapes
- Assist with planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilising to promote healthy growth of plants and shrubs
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and debris clearance
- Monitor plant health and identify potential issues such as pests or disease
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards

Experience
- Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems is essential
- Growing experience with plants, shrubs, trees or related outdoor environments will be advantageous
- Knowledge of garden design principles and sustainable practices is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- A recognised qualification or training in horticulture or related fields would be beneficial but not essential
