About The Role
About the role:

£12.71 to £12.81 per hour, plus night and weekend enhancements

Hours: Up to 39 hours per week

Shifts: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am, flexibility required to work both night and day shifts as required. Shifts available across Monday to Sunday

Support our residents with their daily activities, whether this be assisting a resident to wash and dress in the morning, developing their individual care plan or helping them choose and eat their favourite meal

Be a friend who our residents can rely on to champion their dignity and independence

Support them to live happy and healthy lives

Communicate effectively, take on responsibility, prioritise your workload and keep accurate records

Help with other activities such as serving food and helping residents to eat and drink

Work in a team, be kind and build strong relationships with our residents, their relatives and team members
