We work in and around Newcastle for the majority, but also on commercial and residential projects across the UK.
- Working away from home is often required
- Early starts are normal
- Overnight stays will be necessary
If travelling and working away is not for you, this role is not suitable.
- Valid Green CSCS card – required
- Full UK driving licence – required

This is physical, hands-on work. It’s not easy — but it’s a solid trade with real satisfaction. In this role you will be required to know wood flooring inside and out installs sanding and finishing, training can be provided for right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Laying wood floors on commercial and domestic projects, parquet design work with borders etc.
- Preparing and levelling subfloors
- LVT installations, laminate, engineered flooring
- Learning to sand and restore solid wood floors.
- Using professional sanding machinery and finishing products.
