- Work alongside the General Manager to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus
- Prepare, cook and present amazing food in accordance with The Podymore standards training all staff on dish presentation
- Be organised, keeping your eye on the ball before, during and after service
- Take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage food safety and stock rotation, placing orders with our nominated suppliers
- Carry out regular stock takes, audits and checks to ensure all area of the business are efficiently run and well maintained
- Be responsible for ensuring all health and safety, due diligence records and compliance is maintained
The person we are looking for will:
- Have at least 1 years’ Chef experience in a creative dining environment
- Have the ambition to grow and develop with us and become an integral part of the team
- Have had training in food allergens and Food Safety Level 2
