About the Role
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm).
We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to complete local and regional multi-drop deliveries in a long-wheelbase van from our new site. You'll be the person our customers see, so safe driving, accurate deliveries and a professional, helpful manner are equally important. This is a hands-on role that also supports vehicle loading and warehouse activity when needed.

Microtor Cleaning Supplies supplies cleaning, hygiene and janitorial products to businesses and organisations. Following continued growth and investment in our business, we're expanding our team with a new site in Banbury. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in doing a good job, support their colleagues and look after customers properly.
What You'll Do
- Complete multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers in a long-wheelbase van.
- Check the vehicle and load before leaving site, making sure deliveries are safe, secure and in route order.
- Deliver the correct goods and obtain the required proof of delivery.
- Represent Microtor professionally and provide friendly, helpful service at every stop.
- Load and unload goods safely, including handling cleaning and hygiene products.
- Keep delivery paperwork and electronic records accurate and up to date.
- Report vehicle, delivery or customer issues promptly rather than allowing problems to continue.
- Support warehouse duties, picking and vehicle loading when required.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- A full UK Category B driving licence.
- Experience and confidence driving a long-wheelbase van.
- A safe, considerate driving style and a strong awareness of vehicle and load security.
- A dependable, punctual and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable with manual handling and multi-drop work.
- Good attention to detail when checking goods, paperwork and delivery instructions.
Preferred (nice to have):
- Previous multi-drop or commercial delivery experience.
- Knowledge of Banbury, Bicester, Oxfordshire and surrounding routes.
- A current Flexi or standard counterbalance forklift licence.
- Experience delivering to business customers.
No cleaning-industry experience is required. We'll teach you our products and systems. What matters most is how you work.
