We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in London.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience within a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to maintain high housekeeping and service standards.
Right to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning duties to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
Supervise and manage the housekeeping team on a daily basis.
Allocate tasks and monitor cleaners' performance.
Conduct quality inspections of rooms and communal areas.
Train and support housekeeping staff.
Ensure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and on time.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Experience:
- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
