Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture and a commitment to maintaining beautiful and healthy landscapes. This role involves working outdoors, tending to various garden areas, and ensuring that plants thrive through effective care and maintenance.
Duties
- Perform regular garden maintenance including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Irrigate plants appropriately to ensure optimal growth and health.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and caring for flower beds.
- Assist in the growing of plants by monitoring their health and providing necessary nutrients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.
Experience
- Previous experience in gardening or groundskeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to gardening tasks.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance practices is advantageous.
- A keen interest in horticulture and a willingness to learn about plant care techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
