About The Role
As our Supervisor you will set, deliver and expect the highest standards of service, quality and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of our busy cafe during your shift, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will ensure the store is fully compliant with regards to food hygiene, health and safety and other regulations. You will work in all areas of the store - Serving Customers, Running Food, Barista, cleaning with Customer Experience at the heart of everything you do.
About You
You will be a confident and experienced supervisor having previously lead small teams in a busy environment. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest quality food and drinks are being delivered with our unmatched customer service. You will have a keen eye for details, be organised and be able to lead from the front and get the very best from every team member.
