We're looking for a passionate and motivated NAPPI Trainer to join our Specialist Support Team.

As our organisation continues to grow, you'll play a key role in delivering NAPPI training across our services throughout the Midlands, supporting teams across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Sheffield and Staffordshire. You'll help colleagues develop their skills and confidence while promoting person-centred approaches and reducing restrictive practices in line with the RRN Training Standards.
This is a role that involves regular travel across our services, so you'll need to be comfortable working across different locations and building positive relationships with teams throughout the region.
You'll complete a fully funded two-week NAPPI Train the Trainer programme as part of your induction and receive ongoing support from our Specialist Support Team.
About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in health and social care.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about developing others and improving quality of care.
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and willing to travel across our services, including occasional overnight stays.
