- Varied residential property caseload with good-quality work

The Role
We’re working with a law firm in Sittingbourne looking for a Licensed Conveyancer to join its Residential Property department.
You’ll take responsibility for your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues, with the opportunity to handle a broad mix of transactions rather than being restricted to one type of property work.
Your caseload is likely to include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leasehold matters
- Dealing with searches, enquiries and title documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Managing transactions through exchange and completion
We’d like to hear from Licensed Conveyancers who are comfortable managing residential property matters and providing a high standard of client care.
Just as importantly, our client is looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and wants to continue building their knowledge and experience.
If you’re looking for a Licensed Conveyancer job in Sittingbourne offering varied work, a supportive environment and the opportunity to develop your career, apply now for a confidential discussion.
Don’t meet every requirement? We’d still encourage you to get in touch. We work with law firms across Kent and regularly recruit for Conveyancer, Residential Property Solicitor, CLC and Property Fee Earner positions.
Your CV will not be sent to our client without us speaking with you first and discussing the opportunity in detail.
