The 29.5 hr vacancy is over 5 days per week - Monday to Friday.
As a Hub Enablement Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults attending day services. Your focus will be on helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives through person-centred care and meaningful opportunities. You will empower individuals to develop skills, build confidence, and actively participate in their local communities.
In this rewarding role, you will:

Provide personal, physical, and emotional support while respecting individual dignity and needs.

Assist individuals in accessing activities that promote wellbeing and social inclusion.

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and risk assessments.

Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure high-quality support.

Respond to health and safety needs, ensuring a safe environment for all.

Support individuals in one-to-one or group settings, both in community hubs and out in the community.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A professional care qualification or a willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and the Care Certificate.

Basic ICT skills to maintain records and communicate effectively.

A minimum of two years’ experience in a care setting, particularly with individuals with disabilities.
