Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Clubhouse Staff to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where guest satisfaction and service excellence are our top priorities. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanour, strong organisational skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in food service or bar work is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. This paid position is suitable for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with the managers requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clubhouse facilities
- Help prepare food items & help clean kitchen & bar as required
- Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including basic maths calculations
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing plates, and resetting dining areas efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health & safety regulations at all times
- Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, bar & restaurant service, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
