About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our growing team on a dedicated DPD delivery route. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced delivery driver who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and delivering parcels safely and efficiently.
A fully equipped 3.5T delivery van, fuel card, and Hire & Reward commercial insurance are provided, allowing you to focus entirely on your deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided 3.5T delivery van.
- Complete multi-drop parcel deliveries within your allocated route.
- Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service during every delivery.
- Follow all road traffic regulations and company procedures.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
- Complete delivery records accurately and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
- Maximum of 6 minor penalty points.
- No active IN10, DR10, or TT99 endorsements.
- Willing to complete a Standard DBS check.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience (DPD, Amazon Logistics, Evri, Yodel, DHL, or similar) is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable navigating residential areas, suburban roads, and rural Kent routes.
