The Cotswold Lodge Hotel is a busy privately owned 4* hotel close to Oxford city centre. We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Supervisor to work with the Food and Beverage Manager and a hardworking, professional team to further success. Salary negociatable.
The role is hands on and you will be responsible for ensuring the high standards in our 66a Restaurant for breakfast service. Some bar, conference & banqueting duties will be included subject to business requirements, reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Food and Beverage Manager.
The successful person must have a proven background in a similar position, have a strong F&B background in quality hotels and will be very focused on customer care, training & standards. Salary negociatable.
This position is Live Out.
6.30am - 3pm
5 days per week, will include weekend shifts with a slightly later start time.
