What You’ll Do
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to clients across telecoms and IT services
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (remote and on-site)
- Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary
- Configure, install, and maintain telecoms, networking, and IT systems
- Log and manage support tickets through the company CRM/helpdesk system
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Deliver excellent customer service, keeping clients updated throughout issue resolution
- Support the roll-out of new products, updates, and upgrades
- Assist the sales and project teams with technical input when required
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Good knowledge of networking, telecoms, or IT systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage priorities in a busy support environment
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (for on-site visits)

- Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

- Some flexibility may be required to meet client or business needs
