Experienced Customer Services Advisor / Account Handler
An exciting new opportunity has been created for a Customer Services advisor to join a long-standing printing organisation with an excellent reputation.
We are one of the UK’s leading printers and suppliers of promotional calendars and diaries. The business is family run and is dedicated to producing calendars and diaries of the highest quality in a range of formats suitable for any business to use as a promotional tool.
You will be:
· Responsible for looking after one of our brands and ensuring our customers remain happy and requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
· Managing incoming inquiries, ensuring customer support and telephone cover is maintained.
· Entering data and sales orders via computer MIS system and liaising with customers regarding order information and artwork.
· Answering and actioning telephone and email enquiries, giving out product information and pricing.
· Making calls and sending emails to chase orders, updating information on databases.
· Liaising with production for order progressing.
· Checking customers adverts / calendar templates.
· Filing, sorting post, packing up samples, brochures etc.
· Other general admin / sales duties as required in a busy office.
Experience in a printing company or working within this sector is a distinct advantage.
The applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be given on the dedicated MIS system.
This is a full-time role.
