Your new role
Delegating the team to jobs, answering queries to prioritise workload and managing safety and contractors will feature in your day-to-day role. You will support on the floor to utilise resources to solve issues and have a more preventative maintenance focus.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced on both hands in multi-skilled maintenance within an FMCG capacity and also leadership of maintenance engineers in a production capacity.
