About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Order Processing Administrator to join our busy Print & Mail Sales Office in Leatherhead.
This is a key role within the business, acting as an important link between our Sales and Production teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timescales. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing quotations, processing orders, issuing production work orders, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations.
- Process customer orders from receipt through to production.
- Produce clear and accurate works orders for the production team.
- Maintain effective communication between customers, sales, and production teams.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
- Monitor order progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Provide administrative support to the Print & Mail Sales Office.
- Ensure customer information and order records are maintained accurately.
- Support continuous improvement of office processes and procedures.
About You

Desirable Experience
- Experience within a sales administration, order processing, or customer service role.
- Knowledge of print and mailing processes.
- Experience preparing quotations and processing production orders.
While print industry experience would be advantageous, training will be provided in specific areas of the role for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. About the Team You will be joining a team of 31 colleagues, including supported employees and volunteers, all working together to deliver excellent service to our customers. The team is led by the Site Manager, who has overall responsibility for the Leatherhead operation.
