Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you enjoy building relationships, bringing people together and helping others have their voices heard? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a Participation & Engagement Officer to join our friendly and supportive team at Knowsley Carers Hub. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with transferable skills who is enthusiastic, motivated and committed to improving the lives of unpaid carers across Knowsley.
You may come from a background in community engagement, customer service, education, healthcare, housing, events, marketing, voluntary services, retail leadership or another people-focused role. What matters most is your ability to connect with others, communicate confidently and inspire involvement.
As our Participation & Engagement Officer, you’ll work alongside carers, community groups, professionals and partner organisations to raise awareness of caring roles, identify hidden carers and ensure they can access the support they need. You’ll help deliver events, presentations, awareness sessions and engagement activities that encourage participation, gather feedback and shape service development.
