CloudiQS is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner helping organisations build, migrate, secure and optimise workloads on AWS. We work with startups, enterprises and public sector organisations across the UK and internationally.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised Funding & Commercial Coordinator to own our AWS funding programmes and commercial administration.
This is not an accounting role. It is a commercial operations role where you’ll become the expert in AWS funding programmes and ensure every funding opportunity is captured, submitted and tracked successfully.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing AWS funding programmes, maintaining commercial records, coordinating customer documentation and ensuring CloudiQS maximises available AWS investment.
You will work closely with AWS, our Account Managers, Solutions Architects and customers.
Responsibilities
AWS Funding
- Triage and qualify leads toward the funding
- Own AWS MAP funding applications.
- Manage Well-Architected Framework funding.
- Coordinate PoC funding requests.
- Track AWS credits and incentive programmes.
- Monitor funding approvals and expiry dates.
- Submit funding claims accurately and on time.
Commercial Administration
- Manage customer purchase orders.
- Support invoice preparation.
- Maintain commercial documentation.
- Track project profitability.
- Produce weekly and monthly commercial reports.
- Maintain funding dashboards.
Coordination
- Liaise with AWS Partner Development Managers.
- Coordinate information between customers and internal teams.
- Ensure all documentation is complete before submission.
- Support contract administration.
Reporting
- Funding pipeline
