Café Manager
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Café Manager to join a growing family-run business. This is a hands-on role for an experienced café manager who is confident leading a team, overseeing daily operations and delivering consistently high standards of service.
The Perks
The successful Café Manager will receive:
- £33,000-£35,000 per annum
- day time shifts only
- 5 days out of 7

The Place
A busy and vibrant café environment within a growing family-run business. The Café Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the café, maintaining excellent service standards and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and the team.
The Person
The successful Café Manager will have:
- Previous Café Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience
- Experience working for a high-volume café or established café chain
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A hands-on approach to café operations
- Strong knowledge of food safety and operational standards
- Experience with stock control and ordering
- The flexibility to work weekends
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice
