BAR MANAGER & ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER positions available for new Piano Bar opening in the centre of Market Bosworth.
Must have 2+ years experience in cocktail bars, hotel bars or similar venues providing premium table service.
Roles include managing the bar to bring a fresh, upscale energy to the local scene, whilst curating our beverage program. You will be responsible for cocktail creation, stock control, staff training, and helping maintain a seamless table service. Essential to have deep knowledge of spirits, wines and classic cocktails.
Competitive salary (£28,400-£32,440) plus a share of tips. Anticipated start late-October 2026.
39 hours per week with overtime possibilities.
