DR Stoves & Landscapes and West Coast Stoves are growing specialist stove installation businesses covering Central Scotland, Argyll and the islands. We specialise in wood burning stove installations, chimney systems, fireplaces and associated building works.
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team with opportunities for progression into a skilled installer role.
Job Role
This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced installers across a variety of projects including:
Wood burning stove installations
Chimney lining and flue systems
Roofing and working at height
Fireplace alterations and building work
Core drilling and construction work
Chimney sweeping and servicing
Loading/unloading materials and deliveries
Travelling to jobs across Scotland
No two days are the same and the role involves both internal and external work in all weather conditions.
Essential Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Construction or trade experience
Comfortable working at height
Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good customer communication skills
Willingness to learn specialist skills
Desirable Skills
Roofing experience
Fireplace, stove or chimney experience
Construction or building background
Trailer towing experience
Experience using power tools and access equipment
