Job Description
Queensgate Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an organised and results-oriented Administrative Services Manager to lead administrative operations and support the efficient delivery of business services across the organisation. In this role, you will oversee office administration, manage operational resources, coordinate support functions, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and service quality. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and supervise office support teams.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
- Oversee office facilities, procurement, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate business support services to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in office management, administrative services, or business operations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business administration or ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £4,000.00-£5,500.00 per month
