Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee operations during night shifts on a 4 on 4 off rolling roata. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and possess a strong IT background to ensure smooth operations.
20 Days holiday per year. (Book 4 days off, you get 12 DAYS!)
Duties:
- Manage and supervise night shift employees
- Monitor and maintain efficient workflow during night hours
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any operational issues
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality standards are met
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Strong leadership skills to guide the night shift team effectively
- Knowledge of transport operations
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Computer literacy with the drive to learn new systems and processes
