The Opportunity
As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the restaurant's day-to-day operation as a key member of the venue's leadership team, delivering a seamless and engaging guest journey from start to finish. You'll be hands-on on the floor — leading, coaching, and inspiring your team — while owning service standards, commercial performance, and the overall running of the venue.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the overall management of restaurant operations
- Driving exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences
- Leading pre-service briefings and motivating the team through service
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues at all levels
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Building relationships with regular guests to enhance loyalty
- Monitoring service standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Working closely with other departments for a smooth guest journey
- Managing rotas and labour planning
- Upholding presentation, cleanliness, and compliance standards throughout the venue
About You
- Restaurant management experience, ideally in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-standard restaurant
- Genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Strong leadership — able to motivate and engage a team
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Proactive, hands-on management style
- Commercially aware with sharp attention to detail
Desirable
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Experience delivering training and team development
- Exposure to Forbes or similar luxury service standards
