We're looking for a Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our Construction team based in Consider agile working where possible.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our information management function, where you'll play a key role in adopting information management processes across projects. You'll ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and help deliver against client requirements, whilst supporting a team of over 30 industry professionals. What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the information management team, supporting them in delivering compliance with ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act. Your day to day will include:
- Implementing our Digital by Default strategy for information management including systems and processes for the CDE across projects you manage
- Leading CDE launch meetings and providing training to project teams and stakeholders
- Providing ongoing management of information coordinators including performance reviews, 1:1s, mentoring and training
- Supporting completion of audits and working with project teams to close out any corrective actions required
- Ensuring compliance checks are conducted on all uploaded information and acting as the project contact for queries and troubleshooting
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Information Co-ordinator is great for you if:
- You possess a good understanding of document control procedures, including complex workflows and change management
- You have demonstrative capability of delivering BS 1192 across projects and comprehension of ISO 19650-2
- You're proficient in the management of EDMS configured to CDE principles, VFP preferred
- You have experience working on projects with large volumes of data and information, tier one company preferred
- You're well organised, self-motivated with excellent time-management skills and competent with Microsoft 365 suite of tools
