Job Description
What you will be doing

Maintaining contract, pricing, schedule and position trackers accurately.

Arranging and supporting weekly product deliveries into relevant locations.

Liaising with suppliers for reports, confirmations, specifications, pricing and load updates.

Responding to internal and external procurement and logistics queries.

Updating and sending reports to internal stakeholders.

Supporting product specification, document control and audit-readiness activity
Qualifications

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, trackers and deadlines.

Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

An organised, proactive approach with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

A team player who can also work independently and follow up outstanding actions.

Procurement, logistics, supplier admin or supply chain experience would be useful, but a practical attitude and accuracy are essential.
