QuickServe Plumbing is a growing company specialising in landlord gas safety certificates. We take pride in providing a professional, reliable service to landlords, letting agents, and property management companies.
We're looking for an experienced Gas Safe registered engineer to join our team on a self-employed basis.
Unlike many subcontracting roles, we handle all the office work. Our admin team books the appointments, communicates with customers/Tenants, and manages the paperwork—allowing you to focus on carrying out the inspections.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out landlord gas safety inspections (CP12 certificates)
- Completing all required checks in accordance with current Gas Safe Regulations
- Recording inspection results using our mobile job management app
- Identifying and reporting defects accurately
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
- Working safely and maintaining high standards at every property
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Gas Safe Registered
- Hold the relevant ACS qualifications
- Have previous experience carrying out landlord gas safety certificates
- Have their own van, tools and calibrated flue gas analyser
- Own a compatible smartphone or tablet
- Be confident using mobile apps
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be reliable, punctual and well-presented
