Annual basic salary up to £35000.00 pa (estimated earning up to £45,000.00 with tronc - 48 hours per week.
The Kentish Hare is currently on the lookout for a full time Deputy Manager, to join our friendly professional team in our busy award-winning restaurant in Bidborough just outside Royal Tunbridge Wells.
You will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports our values. Overseeing busy service, you will contribute to the profitability of the pub through the operation of effective cost controls and stock monitoring and have full control of hiring the crew. This is a hands on role where you’ll be at the heart of everything going on ensuring that things run smoothly.

You would be required to work evenings and weekends. Previous experience working as a Manager within a restaurant environment is needed.
