Zen Educate is seeking a dedicated and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This role is ideal for a resilient, reflective practitioner who is passionate about supporting learners with challenging behaviour and creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality English language teaching tailored to learners’ individual needs - Plan and adapt lessons to support engagement, progress, and positive outcomes - Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies - Work collaboratively with support staff, leadership, and external professionals - Build strong, respectful relationships with learners to promote confidence and achievement
