We are looking for an experienced self-employed Painter & Decorator to join us on an immediate start.
Initially, we have a high-end residential refurbishment requiring a few weeks of work. Following this, we have two new-build houses requiring full internal decoration, with further work likely for the right person.
Requirements
- Proven experience decorating high-quality residential properties.
- Excellent preparation and finishing skills.
- Able to produce a high standard of work with good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
- Own tools and transport.
- CIS registered preferred.
Work includes
- Preparation and filling.
- Sanding and making good.
- Mist coats.
- Walls, ceilings and woodwork.
- High-end finishing throughout.
