Assistant Football Coach (Part-Time)
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Hours: Fridays (1 hour) 10:25-11:25 - Saturdays (3 hours) 9:00-12:00

At CRE8TIVE Coaching, we believe every session should be more than just football. Our mission is to help young players build confidence, develop their skills and fall in love with the game, all in a positive, supportive environment.
We work with children aged 2 to 13, delivering high-quality group sessions focused on technical development, confidence and creating a genuine enjoyment of football.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident and reliable Assistant Football Coach to join our team.
What we're looking for
Attitude matters just as much as experience. You'll be someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children
- Has an interest in football and player development
- Communicates confidently with children and parents
- Can lead activities and take responsibility for small groups
- Is energetic, professional and enthusiastic
- Wants to grow and develop as a coach
- Is reliable, punctual and a strong role model
- Ideally holds a full UK driving licence with access to transport
The role
You'll work alongside our coaching team to deliver engaging sessions for children aged 2 to 13. As your confidence builds, you'll take on more responsibility, eventually leading sessions independently, with mentoring and support along the way.
Preferred qualifications (not essential)
- FA Introduction to Coaching Football (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- FA Safeguarding Children Qualification
- FA Emergency First Aid Qualification
