Are you an experienced Studio Portrait, Makeover or Boudoir Photographer looking to add regular freelance studio days to your diary?
We're looking to build relationships with talented freelance photographers for our brands of Andrew Wood Photography and Veloura who love creating beautiful portraits and helping women feel confident in front of the camera.
At Empower Me Studio, our photoshoots are about far more than taking photographs. Every session is designed to leave our clients feeling empowered, confident and amazing.
What we offer
- Guaranteed day rates of £115 weekdays and £125 weekends
- A structured studio day from 10:00am – 6:30pm
- A guaranteed lunch break on every shift
- A maximum of 6 photoshoots per day
- Free private parking
- We don't cancel freelancers on the day or send you home early unpaid
- Availability requested monthly, with bookings planned around a month in advance
- Flexible freelance work that fits around your own photography business or other studio commitments
Our regular studio days are Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at our studio in Manchester and we're looking for photographers who can usually offer at least four studio days per month so we can build a long-term freelance relationship.
About the role
You'll be the person who guides each client through their experience, helping nervous first-time clients relax, feel comfortable and enjoy every moment of their session.
As well as creating beautiful portraits, you'll chat with clients about our products and pricing during and after the shoot, so confidence in communicating with people is just as important as your photography skills.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Studio portrait photography experience
- Boudoir, makeover or fashion portrait experience (preferred)
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- A creative eye and confidence directing clients in the studio
- Knowledge of Photoshop and retouching
