Easy Living Mobility is a family-run business with 13 showrooms across the Midlands. We sell, service and maintain all types of Mobility equipment. We are looking for an experienced service engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain mobility equipment such as Scooters, Powered Wheelchairs and stairlifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Take part in a weekend rota
- Manage workload effectively and ensure a timely delivery of services.
- Liaise with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including job sheets and service reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a service engineer.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
