We are looking for a good all-round Handyman / Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative to join our team carrying out day-to-day maintenance works across flats, blocks, communal areas and managed properties.
This is not a one-trade role. The work changes every day, so we need someone practical, reliable and experienced in general property maintenance.
Typical work includes wall repairs, making good damaged areas, painting and decorating, leak finding, water damage repairs, slab lifting and relaying, slab renewal, minor external repairs, communal area repairs and general block management maintenance.
Most of the work is across residential blocks and flats, including communal hallways, stairwells, entrances, pathways, bin stores, car parks, courtyards and managed properties. You may be repairing a damaged wall one day, repainting a communal area the next, tracing a leak, making good after water damage, or lifting and relaying slabs outside a building.
We need someone who can work to a good standard, use common sense, keep jobs clean and tidy, and communicate properly with the team, residents and clients.
You must be reliable, punctual, hands-on and willing to deal with different types of work each day. This role would suit someone with experience as a handyman, maintenance operative, multi-trader, painter/decorator, property maintenance worker or general building maintenance operative.
